TechCrunch predicts MyEdu as the new BlackBoard

Omri Goldshtrom TechCrunch, the authoritative blog on new and significant internet companies, has written a savory review of MyEdu's educational service model.
Writer Leena Rao asks, "Do you remember to the days of college, when you were required to sort through your curriculum and career goals with your designated college advisor?" She proceeds to answer her own question with an insightful evaluation of how MyEdu helps students and families succeed in college. The gist of the article is summed up in its title: “MyEdu will be your curriculum guide and virtual college advisor rolled into one.”
Further in the TechCrunch review, Rao describes MyEdu's "compelling model" for empowering students and parents to take control of their own college planning process. She likens MyEdu to BlackBoard in the critical role each plays as a web service platform for high education: "[C]olleges are now rapidly adopting web technologies as a educational tool (i.e. Blackboard); it makes sense for universities to do the same for college advising." TechCrunch recognizes that MyEdu's tools for college readiness, success, and savings are not available elsewhere and play a crucial role for students, parents, and the university community as a whole.
